Race Organiser Ollie will give a general talk about what to expect at Quest Lough Derg. Ollie will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

• Leisurely 15km cycle
• A short trail run 
• Cycle back to Connolly’s Volvo Cars for refreshments

This free training day is aimed at beginners who want to get a taste of what to expect. Full details will be forwarded after sign-up.
